We Will Miss You!

After three years in Liberia, the Le Pages are preparing to head to the States. This doesn’t mean that our time with Orphan Relief and Rescue is coming to a close, or that we are through with Liberia, but God is preparing us for a season away.

For the first time we’ve had to say goodbye to friends, not knowing when we will return.  To help ease the pain of separation, we decided to have parties at each of the homes this week--complete with popcorn, candy, balloons, juice, and games. The kids have loved it, and there have been hardly any tears (well, other than from Auntie Mariel!) At each of the homes the kids have blessed us with their songs and prayers, and we are so proud of them and how they’ve grown over the last several years.    

Our hearts are heavy as we think about leaving, but we are excited about what is to come. We will miss you, Liberia!
